About The Position

This full-time behavioral health clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the care teams and patients at our health centers by:

Focusing on patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction. Providing brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities
Addressing issues of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
Encouraging smoking cessation
Assisting with crisis assessment

Requirements

• Graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Master’s level required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in the field of Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and low-income population.
• Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
• Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.

Nice To Haves

• LCSW or LPC preferred.
