About The Position

Noblis is seeking an IAMD SME with expert knowledge of IAMD policy at the National, DoD, Joint, and Service level and shall coordinate with the DoD and non-DoD offices and organizations that have roles which either directly or indirectly involve IAMD. This will be an onsite position at the Pentagon. This position is part of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree & 8 years of relevant experience. Will also consider an Associates & 11 years of experience or an High School diploma 14 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must a US Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise on current IAMD strategy, policy, doctrine, technologies, and operational challenges at the National, DoD, Joint, and Service level.
  • Demonstrated experience using, analyzing, and interpreting IAMD exercises, studies, and models and simulations for operational impacts.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating briefings; drafting information, point, white, and decision papers; drafting testimony and articles for publication; and, preparing senior Government personnel for public speaking engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead meetings for a diverse group of IAMD experts.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the SPPBE process and supporting programming databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to support technology transition from developmental to operational status, and knowledge of procedures that affect interagency transfer of BMD system elements.
  • Demonstrated experience with generating staff packages, on a broad array of IAMD related documents in the standard AF format, and distributing, tracking the progress of coordination, compiling results, and submitting to the Government for approval.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing current and emerging USAF, U.S. Army (USA), U.S. Navy (USN), and coalition partner IAMD systems and capabilities
  • Assisting AF/A3OY with drafting and analyzing IAMD policy positions
  • Supporting DoD and USAF international engagement strategies, and analyzing the performance of the AF portions of IAMD
  • Providing recommendations to senior AF leaders on how to organize, train, and equip for the AF portions of IAMD, to include AF policy and strategy needed to conduct and support IAMD.
  • Providing support to manage the IAMD PEs and the transfer of PEs from the developer (i.e., MDA) to the AF.
