About The Position

Provide clerical support to the Intake Department. Essential Functions Monitor HCR RightFax folders, label faxes, and attach electronic documents to patient record in Home Care Home Base (HCHB). Monitor Intake team email. Perform timely and accurate data entry. Responsible for entering orthopedic prescreens into HCHB, according to agency protocol. Provide phone support to the department and triage of calls to Intake staff. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Participate in department and agency meetings. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Two to four (2-4) years’ experience in a clinical setting.
  • Communication and computer skills required.
