About The Position

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse passionate about providing exceptional care
and making a positive impact in patients' lives? FlexStaff is seeking an Intake
Nurse to join our client’s team and play a vital role in connecting patients
with the home care services they need.

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for referrals,
processing appropriate home care services with professionalism and compassion.
You'll work closely with referral sources and internal departments, ensuring
seamless communication and outstanding customer service to promote Americare’s
commitment to quality care.

Requirements

• Current NYS RN License – BSN a Must
• Experience with Allscripts is a MUST
• CHHA experience is a MUST
• Proficiency in computer literacy, especially with Home Care Home Base
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
