About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Homecare Intake Specialist with Kinnser experience to join our team in Livonia, MI. Requirements
- Proven experience with Kinnser software or similar homecare intake systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake assessments using the Kinnser software system.
- Collect and verify client information and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, clients, and families to facilitate care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling initial homecare visits and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
