This full-time role blends three core areas of our operations and support structure so that intake, daytime residential support, and program coordination work seamlessly together to support residents and the rhythm of the home. Together, these responsibilities ensure our home is safe, structured, welcoming, and ready to receive and support each woman who enters our program. The I ntake & P rograms S ervice Coordinator (IPSC) is the first face a new resident meets and plays a key role in her early days of stabilization and orientation. This role helps maintain the daily rhythms of the home, provides trauma-informed support, manages the intake pipeline from inquiry to move-in, and fosters connection, accountability, and emotional safety within the community. Position Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm ( 40 hours per week) and occasional staffing of other days/times/hours as needed . The schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the program.
