Role: All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a Part-time position with hours fluctuating between 10 hours/week and 20 hours/week.

Team: Thrive tackles chronic pain by combining advanced AI with clinical expertise, enabling recovery anytime, anywhere. Each member is paired with a dedicated pain specialist who designs a personalized program and provides ongoing support. Members also receive a Thrive kit, which includes everything needed for effective recovery—featuring a device for interactive, guided sessions with real-time feedback to ensure proper and efficient execution.
The Thrive team—spanning Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Operations—collaborates to deliver best-in-class pain care, driving exceptional member outcomes while generating measurable healthcare cost savings for clients.

Requirements

• You need to have DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy).
• Must be licensed physical therapist.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients members.
• Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach.
• Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours week.
• You’d need to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance .

Responsibilities

• Lead video and audio onboarding consultations with members at the start of their journey.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized introduction to the program to set each member up for success.
• Capture and synthesize the information shared to enable a smooth, high-quality transition to the treatment PT.
• Prepare clear handoff notes and collaborate with PTs to ensure continuity of care.
• Help members overcome initial barriers, building confidence and readiness to begin treatment immediately after the call.
• Contribute to team initiatives and cross-functional projects aligned with Sword’s strategic priorities.
