About The Position
FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Intake Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our client's team, a leader in home health care. This position is full-time, direct-hire, located onsite in Brooklyn. Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p Location: Brooklyn Salary: LPN: $41.68/hourly RN: 100k/annually The Intake Nurse takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN or LPN License
- CHHA experience
- Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home Base required
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
