Requirements
- 2+ years of home health intake experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance verification
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be able to work on-site in Falls Church
Responsibilities
- Handle new patient referrals with urgency and professionalism
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and referral sources
- Verify insurance and secure necessary authorizations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule care start dates
- Ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system
