About The Position

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time position involves working 8a-5p with the DME team, providing exceptional care to patients. The role is part of INTEGRIS Health's mission to partner with people to live healthier lives. The Intake Coordinator Nonclinical is responsible for receiving referrals, coordinating and assigning staff and equipment, and maintaining an accurate census. They verify physician orders, schedule admissions/informational visits and equipment, and discuss patient status with relevant parties. Additionally, the coordinator schedules employees for admission and/or evaluation for all referred agency patients.

Responsibilities
