We provide essential support and foster an environment where individuals can redefine their narratives and become their best selves. Summary This is an exciting role with many opportunities! Often times, this position will be the first line of contact for external providers, referents and community members. Reporting to the Program Director, the 9th Avenue Drop-in Intake Coordinator provides administrative support and assistance to program staff by streamlining the referral and admission process and ensuring that all intakes for Case Management Services are successfully processed with qualified in a timely manner. This role engages in creative problem solving with program leadership, to overcome any challenges identified in providing Case Management support to people who are unhoused or otherwise in need.
