Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Explain and sign admission paperwork, process, and copy driver’s license/insurance information, and create/start the client treatment file.
- Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for the client and assist in obtaining a letter for admission/discharge.
- Facilitate the admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed.
- Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements.
- Conduct level of care assessments on all clients.
- Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries.
- Other duties as assigned.
