The Intake Coordinator is responsible for: Responding to and handling all incoming calls to the Intake Department in both a timely and professional manner. Ensuring proper procedures are adhered to so that all intake appointments are appropriately booked and authorized while providing initial insurance verification prior to the client visit. Filling out client intake forms and assigning clients to the appropriate program.
