This emplooyee will review and process documentation to ensure accurate customer invoicing.

Requirements

  • Read and understand Long Term Care documents
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
  • Position requires high school diploma or equivalent, as well as related experience and/or training
  • Computer experience
  • Data entry experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain both facility and resident accounts
  • Review documentation for LTC business sent in from field reps
  • Make changes as necessary within accounts to reflect delivery/pickup/sale
  • Submit approved documents to RBCO for billing
  • Resident census review
  • Obtain and review documentation for third party billing
  • Investigate customer disputes
  • Work closely with RBCO to ensure accurate customer invoicing
