About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Intake Coordinator position in the Houston area. Job Description: Ensures the Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patients receive timely follow-up on their diagnosis. Must have experience working with patient referrals, verifying insurance and coverage.

Requirements

• Experience with the intake process and procedures
• Experience in verifying insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hospice and/or healthcare
• EMR experience
