Requirements

  • Able to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based off of urgency or need
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate in a professional manner
  • High attention to detail
  • A demonstrated ability to handle confidential material in a professional and discreet manner
  • A strong desire to support the staff and build up the business
  • Friendly, confident and honest
  • Quick learner and an effective problem solver, able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional manner
  • Maintaining supplies and basic organization of the office
  • Keeping our office common areas neat and tidy
  • Answering busy phones and monitoring the admin email account
  • Scheduling in our EHR for 20+ clinicians
  • Collecting co-pays and updated insurance information
  • Responding to facility requests/concerns from staff. Advance other facility issues to building management
  • Answering phones, routing calls and taking messages in a timely, consistent, and proficient manner
