About The Position

Intake Coordinator – Psychiatric Hospital Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time Pay Range: Up to $22 Hour About Us At SierraVista, we inspire hope and provide holistic, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms and substance use disorders. The Role Itself Provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department. Maintains documents necessary for admissions. Inventories patient belongings. Processes consent forms and admission documentation. Provides assistance to other units as necessary. Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed. Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 yrs or older
