Reporting to the Assistant Director of Employee Relations/Medical Management, this position provides support for both medical management and employee relations functions. The Intake Coordinator supports the daily needs of medical management and employee relations cases, communicating with employees to ensure they understand available medical leave options and required documentation. The role also collaborates closely with the Case Manager, Senior Case Manager, Employee Relations Specialists, and the Assistant Director on case coordination and follow-through.
