Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain and sign admission paperwork, process, and copy driver’s license/insurance information, create/start client treatment file.
• Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for client and assist in getting a letter for admission/discharge.
• Facilitate admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed.
• Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements.
• Conduct level of care assessments on all clients.
• Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries.
• Other duties as assigned.
