About The Position
INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for an Intake Coord in Grove, OK. In this position, you’ll work Full Time Days 8:00am-4:00pm with our Home Medical Equipment team providing exceptional care to those who have entrusted INTEGRIS Health with their healthcare needs. The Intake Coordinator Nonclinical receives referrals, coordinates and assigns all necessary staff and equipment, and maintains an accurate census. Verifies that physician orders have been received, schedules admissions/informational visits, equipment and discusses patient status with appropriate concerned parties.
