About The Position

The Intake Clinician will be responsible for completing screenings, intake assessments, behavioral health diagnostics, recovery plans, and care coordination for individuals seeking access to services.

Requirements

Master's Degree in a Behavioral Science field.
Licensed in the State of Texas as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be insurable through Tri-County.

Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting intake as stipulated in the HHSC performance contract, and Texas Administrative Code (TAC) standards
Provide diagnostic assessments for clients as needed
Collaborate with intake team to complete screening assessments of all clients that request services during walk-in hours
Assist with crisis assessment and intervention services as needed during business hours.
