About The Position

Regular Full Time Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly Supervisor: E&T Manager or Regional Manager Between 30 to 32 hours per week : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Paid Holidays Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review client applications for emergency services to determine eligibility. Establish and maintain new client files. Refer eligible clients to appropriate CC Idaho programs or departments. Refer non-eligible clients to appropriate community agencies and perform follow-up inquiries on referrals. Ability to input/process data and maintain records, files, reports, databases, and schedules. Prepare, maintain, and update client ledger of expenses, including weekly report. Process bills, payment requests, and related financial docs Maintain expense ledger to ensure budget compliance. Prepare, receive, and route incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and letters. Provide receptionist support. Order supplies and materials Perform receptionist duties for other departments in the absence of the assigned receptionist. Translate for non-English speaking clients. Translate records, reports, letters, and related documents. Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and procedures Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices. Qualifications Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting. Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance Must pass a background check. Preferred Three to six months clerical experience Required Physical Demands Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment May be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is usually moderate. Requirements

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting.
