Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review client applications for emergency services to determine eligibility. Establish and maintain new client files. Refer eligible clients to appropriate CC Idaho programs or departments. Refer non-eligible clients to appropriate community agencies and perform follow-up inquiries on referrals. Ability to input/process data and maintain records, files, reports, databases, and schedules. Prepare, maintain, and update client ledger of expenses, including weekly report. Process bills, payment requests, and related financial docs Maintain expense ledger to ensure budget compliance. Prepare, receive, and route incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and letters. Provide receptionist support. Order supplies and materials Perform receptionist duties for other departments in the absence of the assigned receptionist. Translate for non-English speaking clients. Translate records, reports, letters, and related documents. Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and procedures Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices.
