Summary of Key Duties As an Skunk Works® Integrated Program Planner, you will support the planning team for a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Must be a US Citizen. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experiences with networked schedules
  • Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams
  • Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting; ability to obtain and maintain Final Secret clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • A level 2 employee Typically has 1-3 or more years of professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
  • Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
  • Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products / services.
  • LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
  • Experience in problem resolution.
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Integrated Master Plan experience.
