About The Position

Handle a diverse range of tasks assigned by one or more partners such as Account Managers, Client Executives, Sponsor Connect teams or Contact Center to support the daily administration of retirement plans across all markets.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in the retirement, financial, or client services industry
  • General understanding of the retirement industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and research skills to obtain/evaluate information necessary to take the appropriate course of action
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency using MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Review and research work requests coming in from an assigned queue to determine the best course of action.
  • Identify client needs and appropriate internal or external teams to develop action plans; follow through to completion.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of reoccurring tasks for assigned internal partners.
  • Validate information and identify/submit updates as needed.
  • May handle certain client relationship responsibilities.
  • May be assigned to cross-functional projects based on area of competency/expertise.
