As an Insurance Summer Intern, you’ll be placed on one of our servicing teams—such as but not limited to- Executive Risk, Analytics, HR Technology, Private Equity, Risk Transfer, Wellness, or Retirement—where you’ll gain focused, hands-on experience. In this role, you’ll support your team by managing and analyzing client, prospect, and carrier data, creating and updating deliverables, and organizing internal resources and tools. You’ll ensure data accuracy and quality by following established workflows and using internal systems efficiently. You’ll also have opportunities to deepen your insurance knowledge through courses, team meetings, and industry webinars. Working closely with mentors and colleagues, you’ll contribute to projects and presentations while building strong professional relationships. This internship is designed to help you develop the technical, professional, and interpersonal skills needed for a successful career in insurance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of undergraduate completed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about pursuing insurance as a career path post-graduation
• Ability to work in our headquarter office in Schaumburg, IL twice a week

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing BS/BA Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
• Intermediate or advanced skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel
