About The Position

This position supports the First Citizens Bank Equipment Finance insurance department operations by monitoring the insurance portfolio to insure the integrity of our insurance data and performing testing on all system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Insurance Services - OR - High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Insurance Services
• Leasing experience
• MS Access (intermediate)
• Business analysis and testing skills (intermediate)
• MS Excel (advanced)
• Report development experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

• Knowledge of InfoLease
• Project management experience
• Sharepoint experience
• SQL (basic)
• Data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Develops database reports as required by insurance services team members.
• Runs monthly portfolio management reports for department management.
• Runs weekly audit reports validating that the data received from the insurer is accurate.
• Runs weekly portfolio audits to identify any issues with respect to insurance status to be addressed by insurance administrators.
• Maintains process documentation.
• Monitors weekly data transmissions between FCB and insurer.
• Performs monthly data reconciliations between FCB and insurer.
• Processes all insurance error reports received from FCB and insurer systems to filter the relevant issues that need to be reviewed and addressed by insurance administrators.
• Works with internal IT groups to perform testing on all system changes made internally with respect to insurance processes.
• Works with insurer IT groups to perform testing on all insurer system changes.
• Performs failover testing during business continuity failovers.
• Coordinates insurance processing with Infolease team.
