About The Position

Responsibilities: Managing and processing life insurance policy changes. Determining and requesting the necessary documentation or paperwork needed to support a policy change. Reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy and completion. Responding to income emails, phone calls, and faxes promptly. Calculating term conversion credits and agent's commissions. Requirements for Success: High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of customer service experience, financial services experience is preferred. Ability to learn our life products, policies, provisions, and regulatory guidelines quickly. Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to actively listen. Ability to manage complex tasks utilizing an intermediate math/accounting skillset. Proper time management and the ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to learn/retain utilization of computer systems essential for the job functions, including Microsoft Office, and internal processing systems. Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
