About The Position

As an insurance sales agent, you will collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs. It is essential to remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio. You will also be responsible for updating reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals. Conducting meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listening to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs is a key part of this role. Additionally, you will implement marketing strategies including, but not limited to, cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients. Maintaining a portfolio of existing customers and pursuing new insurance clients by using consultative sales strategies is crucial for success in this position.
