About The Position

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing national insurance agency specializing in personalized coverage solutions for individuals and families. Fueled by a robust digital presence and targeted social media marketing, we generate high-intent leads across multiple states—giving our agents the tools to succeed from day one. We're seeking experienced, bilingual (Spanish-English) licensed insurance agents to handle a high volume of inbound leads generated through proven online campaigns. This is a full-time, remote sales position—ideal for driven professionals looking to grow their income and career in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Active insurance license
• Proven sales experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM software and messaging platforms - Preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing and how it supports lead generation - Preferred
• Experience working with leads generated from social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle high-intent leads (15–20/day in IL)
• Conduct insurance quotes and close sales
• Build rapport with clients
• Manage renewals and customer follow-up
• Learn and sell policies from 200+ insurance companies
