In this position, you will provide first-level customer support and respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP’s Insurance Services products. You'll combine your passion for service and providing innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help customers enjoy every drop of value within our products. Building on the existing knowledge base, as an insurance resolution consultant at ADP, it is also vital to have a thorough understanding of the payroll industry and workers' compensation insurance products. This includes knowledge of payroll processing systems, integration of benefits, and regulatory compliance aspects that directly impact insurance premiums and claims management. Familiarity with state-specific workers' compensation requirements and the ability to navigate through the complexities of claims procedures and audits are essential. This comprehensive expertise ensures that you can provide holistic solutions that align payroll services with workers' compensation policies, ultimately optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.
