About The Position

In this position, you will provide first-level customer support and respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP’s Insurance Services products. You'll combine your passion for service and providing innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help customers enjoy every drop of value within our products. Building on the existing knowledge base, as an insurance resolution consultant at ADP, it is also vital to have a thorough understanding of the payroll industry and workers' compensation insurance products. This includes knowledge of payroll processing systems, integration of benefits, and regulatory compliance aspects that directly impact insurance premiums and claims management. Familiarity with state-specific workers' compensation requirements and the ability to navigate through the complexities of claims procedures and audits are essential. This comprehensive expertise ensures that you can provide holistic solutions that align payroll services with workers' compensation policies, ultimately optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a client service environment.
  • Must have or receive Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of employment. ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Clients. You will resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions and handle customer inquiries that could require data entry changes. You will answer non-technical questions regarding ADP’s Insurance Services products and questions that cannot be handled by other teams. You will learn and navigate ADP systems in order to respond to issues.
  • Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of "Integrity is Everything."
  • Provide Recommendations & Educate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
