The Insurance Product Management Analyst (officially Business Insights Analyst, Associate) applies data source understanding and business process knowledge to provide management with research, analysis, and insights for department strategies and goals. This hybrid position involves running queries, performing basic analysis, and creating presentations, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a motivated, creative thinker who can interpret and communicate the 'why' behind data and its business application. This is a Hybrid Role and requires 3 days in the West Trenton office with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
