The Insurance Platform Solutions Lead is responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek–based solutions across Policy, Billing, and/or Claims. This role provides hands-on architecture and configuration leadership, owns complex integrations, enforces engineering standards, and mentors development teams. The Lead acts as the technical authority for Duck Creek implementations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality outcomes aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will be required to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) out of our Dallas, TX, or Cincinnati, OH office.
