The position involves collaborating with sales teams and supporting agents and brokers to ensure the sales pipeline remains active and productive. The role requires continual monitoring of the marketplace for coverage changes, carrier rules, and guidelines, as well as understanding the placement of business with each carrier. The individual will assess the features and benefits of different insurance packages, evaluate client risk and coverage needs, and customize insurance programs to meet specific client requirements. Additionally, the role includes assisting producers and agents in promoting and selling insurance products by building relationships, creating tailored offers, and maintaining client records. The individual will also complete any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
