Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • General Lines Property and Casualty license.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the insurance industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience of 4 years (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and provide coaching to a team of sales and service representatives.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with pivotal clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data, generating meticulous reports and insightful observations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of NavSav's established processes and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the NavSav HR team and local sourcing to strengthen recruitment endeavors.
  • Attain designated KPIs through the achievement of predefined production, retention, and revenue growth targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including tracking timecards and managing paid time off requests.
