About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time work. Contractors will survey residential and commercial properties, which includes taking photos, gathering property details, assessing overall conditions, and submitting reports online in a timely manner. All survey reports, along with attachments, must be submitted via a PC/Desktop. The company provides best-in-class onboarding and comprehensive support to ensure contractor success.
Requirements
- Reliable Car to drive to inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or Newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance property surveys
- Survey both residential and commercial properties
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit reports online through a PC/Desktop, including attachments
