About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time work. Contractors will survey residential and commercial properties, which includes taking photos, gathering property details and overall conditions, and submitting timely reports online via a PC/Desktop, including all necessary attachments. Davies provides comprehensive onboarding and support to ensure the success of its contractors.
Requirements
- Reliable car so you can drive to your inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance property inspections
- Survey both residential and commercial properties
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit a report online through a PC/Desktop to include attachments
