As an Insurance Operations Insights Specialist, you will join the Operations Insights team within Life & Health Reinsurance Operations. This role focuses on supporting closed blocks of life and health insurance business that are administered through a combination of internal systems and third-party administrators (TPAs). Internally at Swiss Re, this area of work is commonly referred to as Admin Re. The role is intentionally structured to begin with hands on shadowing and supported learning, working closely with experienced operational and governance partners. Over time, responsibility and scope will expand as you build familiarity with products, workflows, controls, and Cross functional dependencies. You will support a range of operational, compliance, financial, and governance activities, while contributing to operational continuity, documentation quality, and risk awareness across this portfolio. Prior Admin Re-experience is not required; however, the role is well suited to someone with a foundational understanding of insurance or reinsurance operations who is eager to deepen expertise and broaden exposure. This role is well suited to internal Swiss Re candidates seeking broader operational exposure, as well as external candidates with relevant industry experience.
