Requirements

• Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense
• Premises Liability, General Liability
• Automotive and trucking negligence
• Construction Litigation, Labor Law
• Toxic Torts, Med Mal, Coverage

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from initial evaluation through final resolution, coordinating strategy and execution at all stages.
• Analyze complex legal issues, including standards of care, through research and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel to advance matters and resolve issues.
• Conduct and defend depositions, handle arbitration proceedings, argue motions, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
