Entrata's Homebody (Insurance) CSR III is a licensed service professional who provides advanced expertise in servicing and policy management. This role handles escalated customer requests that require licensure, including coverage changes, endorsements, renewals, and compliance-sensitive situations. CSR IIIs also act as a knowledge resource for CSR I and II team members and may support cross-selling and policy enhancements.

Requirements

  • Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active).
  • 3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Multiple state licenses.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment.
  • Experience training or mentoring peers.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements).
  • Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation.
  • Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters.
  • Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team.
  • Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements.
