insurance industry and has decades of experience providing clients with a myriad
of associated services, including claim and coverage analysis, complex dispute
resolution, and policy drafting.

Requirements

• FL bar
• Recent coverage experience

Responsibilities

• Independent case management
• Preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters and responses to settlement demand letters
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Attending mediations, case management conferences/court hearings.
