About The Position

The Insurance Channel Distribution Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth through enterprise captive branch agencies and digital/inside-sales channels. This highly strategic role will lead channel strategy, acquisition, and enablement initiatives to accelerate time-to-value and create durable, repeatable revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in channel development, partner management, and sales enablement, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel development, partnerships, or distribution strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in sales enablement and commercialization strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to grow revenue across enterprise captive agencies and digital/inside-sales channels.
  • Drive activation and ensure pull-through across large, complex distribution partners.
  • Lead acquisition and onboarding of new channel partnerships.
  • Oversee contracting, launch execution, and accelerating time-to-value for new partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, pitch frameworks, and offer positioning.
  • Implement ongoing reinforcement strategies to maximize attach rates and product penetration.
  • Embed products, workflows, and offers into partner sales motions, scripts, and digital journeys.
  • Create scalable, repeatable revenue streams through integrated channel solutions.
  • Run disciplined performance cadence: pipeline reviews, sales performance tracking, and strategic business reviews.
  • Own channel quota attainment and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as executive-level relationship owner for enterprise channel partners.
  • Align leadership teams, coordinate joint initiatives, and ensure adoption of strategic programs.
  • Provide insights into product, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
  • Influence offer design, messaging, and future channel strategy based on partner feedback and market trends.
