DMOS is seeking a working supervisor to demonstrate, serve, train and lead the team to provide outstanding patient account support! Prior experience with insurance billing, appeals and denials, and demonstrated growth and advancement in leadership responsibilities would be a great fit. We will teach the ins and outs of our process. This is a full-time (40-hr) position located at our West Des Moines office. Here is What You Can Expect: Leading and providing back up support to a team of individuals in the processing of submitting insurance claims and completes any additional follow up as necessary in the filing process. Implementing policies and procedures under the guidance of the Revenue Cycle Manager. Ensure flow of accounts receivables is timely, while improving patient, physician and other customer relations. Assuring accuracy and timeliness of billing compliance, charge capture, charge entry, claims editing and coordinating with the Coding team and Denials Management team as part of a full claims experience.
