About The Position

Propark Mobility is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in parking management. We are dedicated to providing exceptional services that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring the well-being of both our clients and employees. As an Insurance Assistant, you will be a key member of the Corporate Risk Management department. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide administrative support on a variety of high-level insurance matters. You will also be providing administrative support to the claims team. This position is based out of our corporate office in Hartford, CT. While you would be required to be in the office Monday – Friday, after a training period you would be able to work remotely 1-2 days/week.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably with some insurance experience or knowledge.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with corporate staff, remote teams, and insurance brokers.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity while dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Certificates of Insurance is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Track various company data for insurance purposes.
  • Communicate with Propark insurance brokers on a variety of topics.
  • Respond to insurance related requests from our operations teams.
  • Create reports and presentations.
  • Meets all quality standards and expectations in accordance with the role.
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
