The insurance analyst manages and reduces risks related to construction, operations, and investments. Essential Functions: Documentation Management: Maintain insurance policies and schedules Organize SharePoint folders and manage access Support the Certificate of Insurance process and keep COI records updated Update Enterprise Risk Management records and reports Communicate with stakeholders to build project trackers, identify insurance needs, and gather project and renewal data Monitor shared email for vendor and team inquiries Contribute to ad hoc business projects Reporting / Analysis: Assist with premium allocations Manage NDAs and support brokers Help Global Director of Risk Management with projects Report minor claims and escalate larger ones; analyze claim trends Request catastrophe modeling data
