Insurance AI GTM Director - Remote
About The Position
Serve as a strategic advisor to insurance executives, helping define and shape AI opportunities aligned with underwriting, claims, distribution, and policy operations. Build and manage senior‑level relationships across large insurance accounts and/or regions. Identify, prioritize, and shape AI opportunities for regional or mega‑accounts Influence deal strategy, support proposal development, and collaborate with SMEs to articulate solution approaches. Represent AI offerings in client discussions, workshops, value assessments, and pursuit cycles. Provide high‑level technical guidance on AI solution architecture, feasibility, and recommended approaches. Partner with AI architects and engineers to co‑shape proposals, POVs, and solution constructs. Oversee AI project delivery outcomes (where aligned to your track), ensuring quality, clarity, and stakeholder alignment. Stay current with GenAI, agentic systems, machine learning, and insurer‑specific AI use cases. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and consulting teams on AI strategy and execution. Support the development of new AI offerings and reusable assets for the Insurance sector. Operate comfortably in a highly matrixed, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in P&C or Life & Annuities Insurance, with understanding of key processes such as underwriting, claims, fraud, policy admin, or distribution
- 3+ years delivering or shaping AI‑driven initiatives, proofs of concept, or GTM engagements in the insurance sector
- 3+ years in consulting, advisory, GTM, or presales environments working directly with clients and delivering on AI initiatives
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel 25%

- Experience in AI GTM motions, solution strategy, or pre‑sales engagements
- AI/ML or cloud certifications
- Familiarity with LLM architectures, RAG, or agentic workflows
- Experience working with insurance data providers, core systems, or insurance AI tooling
- Experience influencing or leading multi‑disciplinary teams
