About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Lake Mary, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment. Build a career for yourself, not by yourself. Success in this role will require you to build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. This role has in-office requirements. Requirements

  • Active state insurance licenses (required) in Property & Casualty (FL220) and Life Insurance (FL215)
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
  • Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
