The Alliance is an insurance marketing organization, with a specialization in life insurance, that recruits life insurance agents across the United States. As one of the nation’s largest IMOs, The Alliance works with more than a dozen highly rated carrier partners to help select the right products for each situation and each client. The Alliance was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to provide a sales relationship with our field agents, aimed at increasing the sale of leads and standing lead orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing lead sales, distribution, and the number of agents on standing lead orders by 15% year-over-year.

  • Monitor lead sales, distribution trends, set goals, and grow lead distribution.
  • Manage lead distribution to ensure desired inventory.
  • Refine existing programs and develop new lead programs to better meet the market demands.
  • Develop members of the LPT and focus on consistent growth.
  • Position requires extensive telephone work.
  • Represent the company at various marketing functions and conference calls.
  • Data analysis to understand sales and generation trends.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to advise and consult with agents during the purchase process of leads
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data in regard to lead sales
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • High School education
  • Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent
  • Knowledge of leadership and motivation techniques
  • College education is preferred.
  • Leadership experience
