Position Summary: As an Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner who helps clients protect what matters most. You’ll sell new accounts, renew existing ones, and build lasting relationships—all while achieving personal and firm goals. Requirements

  • Licensed & Ready: Hold an active 2-20 state insurance license.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
  • Self-Starter: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Detail-Oriented: Organized, accurate, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Consult & Advise: Present proposals with confidence, clearly explaining coverage options so clients feel informed and secure.
  • Close Deals: Finalize sales, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.
  • Grow Your Network: Develop prospects through community involvement, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria to provide expert guidance.
  • Represent with Pride: Be the face of our firm in the community and with insurance partners.
  • Drive Results: Meet monthly new business goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and client experience.
