Requirements

  • Armed with 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Skilled communicators and persuasive negotiators
  • Bold and confident in outreach, prospecting, and closing
  • Highly coachable, eager to sharpen their sales craft
  • Masters of organization and time management
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (preferred, or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Drive agency growth by identifying prospects, prospecting, and converting leads into clients
  • Conduct impactful client consultations to uncover needs and recommend coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Cultivate deep client relationships for loyalty and repeat business
  • Pursue ambitious sales goals and contribute to the agency’s success
  • Master product knowledge and stay on the cutting edge of industry standards
  • Utilize CRM tools to maximize your sales pipeline and manage renewals
  • Collaborate in strategic team meetings and sales initiatives
